Whisk manually for 10 minutes. (No electric beater!)

Beat the Eggs

Grind fresh coconut + water. Extract a thick milk.

Fresh Coconut Milk

Add palm jaggery powder. Whisk until fully dissolved

Add Palm Jaggery

Add beaten eggs slowly. Whisk 10 minutes. Add cardamom (+ sugar optional).

Combine Mixture

Strain into greased tray. Steam 30–40 minutes. Cover tightly.

Strain & Steam

Rest 3–4 hours or overnight.

Let it cool completely.
