– Soya chunks — 1 cup
– Green peas — ½ cup
– Onion, Tomato, Ginger garlic paste
– Red chilli, Coriander, Turmeric powder
– Oil, Butter, Coriander leaves
What You Need
Soak soya in hot water 15 mins → Squeeze well → Grind coarsely. No water needed while grinding
Make Soya Kheema
Saute onion golden → Add tomato + spices → Cook till oil separates → Add green peas
Cook the Masala Base
Add soya kheema → Mix well → Add ½ cup water → Cover and cook 10 mins → Finish with butter + coriander
Final Cooking
Perfect with chapathi, dosa, idli, bread or as chapathi roll stuffing. Great for lunch box too!
