I started making this on busy mornings when I wanted something light but filling

You only need simple ingredients Kodo Millet (Varagu Arsi) ,  vegetables,  ginger and  curry leaves

Saute ginger, onion, curry leaves & vegetables

Add washed kodo millet with vegetable and add water , give a mix 

Add water and pressure cook for just 1 whistle

Soft, fluffy and perfectly non-sticky

This healthy breakfast keeps  filling whole day
